With over 18 years in the home-building/home-buying profession, Jim has a unique tool-set which allows him to see all angles of a home. As a result of his well-rounded real estate experience, Jim’s clients are able to trust his direction and respect his perspectives.

Jim began his real estate career with an introduction to home building in 1998 when he joined a small builder out of Bellevue, WA. There, he was able to get a hands-on education learning the home building process from the ground up. It was then time to put those lessons into action. Jim joined Windermere Bellevue/East, Inc. and ventured into the world of resale. After a few years, the opportunity to work for the nation’s largest home builder arose, and Jim was up for the challenge. He spent the next 6 years getting to know his buyers and the market. His diligence earned him repeated top awards in customer service, including “Salesperson of the Year” across 27 states. After succeeding in the new-build environment, it was time for Jim to return to his former home, and where you will still find him today: Windermere Bellevue/East, Inc.

Jim is thriving in the resale forum and he’s always actively finding solutions for his clients. His distinctive combination of experience allows his clients the comfort in knowing they not only have a knowledgeable agent, but someone who wants them to succeed in the real estate market for years to come.

For Jim, the most important things are honesty, integrity, excellent customer service, and making sure his clients enjoy the process, whether they’re buying or selling. This philosophy has allowed him to excel in the business that he loves for the past 18 years. Beginning his real estate career in 2015, Randy and is a proud member of the Jim Cameron Real Estate team. He is a Buyer’s Agent and a certified CNE (Contract Negotiation Expert).

Randy really enjoys the process of meeting, viewing, and discovering exactly what a buyer needs. He also appreciates the gratitude and sheer joy clients experience and express when they receive the keys to their dream home, as well as the relationships built and maintained throughout and beyond the purchasing process.

Adam Heater

Adam is thrilled to join the Jim Cameron Real Estate team. Adam began his career in 2010 after he moved back to Seattle following his graduation from the University of California at Los Angeles. In the last 3 years, Adam has sold over 100 homes in the Seattle Metropolitan area and has been in the top 20 in total buyer-represented transactions closed in King County in 2015 and 2016---including closing the 9th most transactions in King County in the 3rd quarter of 2015. 
 
Adam enjoys helping his clients achieve their housing goals by bringing his experience and expertise in the market, and listening thoughtfully to exactly what his clients want and need. From the initial meeting with his clients to the closing of the transaction, Adam diligently works to provide his analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner and prides himself on being responsive and available. Adam believes in hard work, integrity and being an advocate for his clients with the ultimate goal of providing outstanding customer service for every client that he works with. In his spare time Adam enjoys being on the water, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Becca is elated to join the Jim Cameron team. She moved to Seattle in 2008 from Homer, Alaska and began her real estate career in 2012. Becca has sold over 75 properties in the Seattle Metropolitan area. She has been in the Top 25 for highest total listing transactions in Seattle for 2016 and Top 12 for total homes sold in area 705, which includes Ballard, Greenlake, Phinney Ridge, Blue Ridge, Wallingford, Fremont, Greenwood, and more.

Becca dedicates time to understanding each client's unique objective to keep their hopes and necessities a top priority. Through reviews, clients have noted Becca is upbeat, professional, quick to respond, and always protects her client’s financial interests. Becca prides herself on providing honest, market specific advice through first-hand experience as a broker and Seattle home owner.
